Hush dar dam, or awareness of breath, is basic to staying present with Haqq, Reality. Imam Bilal will offer insight and practices on breath and its use in Sufi meditation. Suggested donation sliding scale $100 to $300. Remote attendance is planned using Zoom, with video of Imam Bilal.
