One can recite and contemplate these 7 verses of the Qur’an during any time of the year, especially on a blessed night – such as the birth of the Prophet, alayhi salaam – when extra prayers are welcomed. The verses have correspondences with the Prophets and their unique lights and can be used in tandem with breathing practices. Being with them is a process of realizing a sense of peace, first from the individual prophets, culminating in their universal presence through all time.
